Position Summary
- Account Executive β MI Clarity: Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
- Partner with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.
Responsibilities
- Educate care teams on clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence for MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify clinical champions/KOLs to support adoption and utilization.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance/usage trends; maintain CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharma.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology knowledge; relationship-building; presentation/consultative selling.
- Ability to interpret/communicate clinical data; travel in assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Launch experience; pathology/digital pathology familiarity; knowledge of prognostic/predictive assays.
- Provider engagement, workflow implementation, territory growth; CRM accuracy and execution.
