Position Summary
The Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partners with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence for MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning, including extended endocrine therapy considerations.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support: address assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
- Develop and execute strategic territory/account plans.
- Build/maintain relationships with key clinical and health-system stakeholders.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze account performance data; monitor adoption/utilization trends; develop targeted engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and account records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong breast cancer treatment pathway and oncology terminology knowledge.
- Relationship-building with providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine.
- Existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Experience launching new products/assays; knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology.
- Experience with provider engagement, workflow implementation, territory growth, and CRM accuracy.
