Position Summary
- Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarity’s clinical utility and evidence; present data and validation studies, including differentiation from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, and extended endocrine therapy to reduce overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support; address performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
- Develop territory/account plans; build relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and health system stakeholders.
- Identify key opinion leaders/champions; support testing workflow and operational integration.
- Analyze performance/usage trends; forecast and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) and ensure compliant clinical/promotional communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceuticals.
- Strong breast cancer treatment pathway knowledge; relationship-building ability.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Experience launching products/assays; digital pathology/workflow familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast assays; CRM accuracy and workflow implementation.
