Position Summary
The Account Executive β MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarityβs clinical utility and evidence, including early/late distant recurrence risk identification.
- Present clinical data and validation evidence; explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis vs. traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop/execute territory and account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.
- Build relationships with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and health system administrators.
- Identify key opinion leaders and clinical champions to support long-term adoption.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze account performance data; monitor adoption trends; target engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong understanding of breast cancer pathways/terminology.
- Relationship-building with healthcare providers and health systems.
- Excellent consultative communication and presentation.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine.
- Existing relationships in oncology/breast centers.
- Experience launching new products/assays.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows/digital pathology.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays.
- Provider engagement/education, workflow implementation, territory growth, and CRM accuracy.
