Position Summary
- Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
- Partners with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on MI Clarity’s clinical utility and evidence.
- Present clinical data/validation studies and differentiate AI-driven pathology from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual education and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop territory/account plans; build relationships with clinical stakeholders.
- Identify key opinion leaders/champions to support adoption and utilization.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance data; monitor adoption/utilization and refine engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceuticals.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology pathway knowledge; relationship-building ability.
- Excellent presentation, communication, consultative selling; interpret clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships; launched new assays.
- Digital pathology/pathology workflow familiarity; knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast assays.
- Provider engagement; workflow implementation; territory growth; CRM accuracy.
