Perform all aspects of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management in key accounts to increase representative access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of the assigned product.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and market share across assigned institutional accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within neurology and urology departments and associated hospital systems.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute account opportunities in the territory.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to regional and district teams.
- Advise sales and marketing management on challenges and opportunities in key accounts.
- Assess team learning needs and coordinate targeted training.
- Develop an annual business plan to increase sales volume and market share across all FDA-approved indications.
- Identify local opportunities/threats and update business plans; anticipate market/customer shifts.
- Use financial and quantitative data to analyze and assess account opportunities (profitability and sales impact).
- Partner with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate institutional account drivers.
- Conduct account-level analysis, recommend actions to grow volume and share.
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and industry requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business (preferred) or relevant equivalent experience (required).
- 3+ years health science field or sales with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales (or 8+ years health science sales with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical sales).
- Demonstrated ability to network/partner cross-functionally; strong organization/project management and leadership; proven stakeholder management.
- Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to access assigned facilities (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses).
