Perform all aspects of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management staff in key accounts to increase representative access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of the assigned product.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and market share across assigned institutional accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within neurology and urology departments and associated hospital systems.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute account opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction regarding target accounts to regional and district teams.
- Advise sales and marketing management on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
- Assess team learning needs across each channel and coordinate targeted training.
- Develop an annual business plan (goals/objectives) to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts across all FDA-approved indications.
- Routinely identify local opportunities and threats and develop/modify business plans accordingly.
- Anticipate change and proactively address shifts in customer/market landscape.
- Utilize financial and quantitative data and analyses.
- Assess business impact of target account opportunities, including profitability and sales impact.
- Partner with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate institutional account drivers within the territory.
- Conduct account-level analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to grow volume and share.
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and industry requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- 3+ years Health Science Field or Sales experience with minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales; or 8+ years in Health Science Sales with minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
- Excellent organizational/project management and leadership skills.
- Proven record managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into assigned facilities.
