Position Summary:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share by targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and tissues by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals for products and tissue offerings.
- Identify, define, and execute market opportunities by implementing marketing strategies, developing effective sales plans, and achieving balanced revenue growth using surgical sales channels (hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities).
- Deliver large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects using company-approved content.
- Research and resolve purchase order issues within established policies.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the company’s wound account executive and management to support physicians using the products.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting and territory sales forecasts.
- Maintain awareness of industry activities, updates, and local market knowledge.
- Use scientific medical studies to educate customers and prospects on product and tissue properties, results, and outcomes.
- Define and establish territory plans to meet current and long-term revenue and sales goals.

Education/Experience:
- BS/BA in a related discipline; 2–5 years in a related field with 1–3 years in progressive responsible positions.
OR
- MS/MA with 1–3 years in a related field (certification required in some areas); prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotechnology/tissue segments.
- Previous experience in high-growth organizations and relationship building.

Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interact with all management levels and customers.
- Influence others using tenacity and diplomacy; organized, flexible, multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; market analysis; ability to present clinical/scientific data to physicians.
- Proven sales results and recognition; strategic selling and market analytics.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers.

Work Environment:
- Customer/clinical sites and/or home office; dress code (scrubs and white coat) and credentialing requirements; travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary: $84,000–$102,000 plus commissions (based on experience, education, and location). Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) savings plan, ESPP, vacation, and parental leave.
