Position Summary:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and tissues by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals.
- Identify, define, and execute market opportunities; implement marketing strategies and effective sales plans to achieve balanced revenue growth across customer accounts and sales channels in the territory.
- Use company-approved presentation materials to conduct group and individual presentations.
- Research and resolve reimbursement issues per company policies and guidelines.
- Partner with the reimbursement team to support physicians prescribing products and their billing departments.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory forecasts.
- Maintain awareness of industry updates and local market knowledge.
- Use key scientific/medical studies to educate customers and prospects on product and tissue properties, results, and outcomes.
- Define and establish territory plans to meet current and long-term revenue and sales goals.

Education/Experience:
- BS/BA in related discipline; 2–5 years related experience with 1–3 years in progressive responsible roles (or verifiable ability).
- OR MS/MA plus 1–3 years related experience; certification may be required in some areas.
- Prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotechnology/tissue healthcare segments; high-growth organization experience.

Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and customers.
- Influencing, tenacity, diplomacy, organization, flexibility, multi-tasking, analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, and present clinical/scientific data to physicians.
- Proven sales results and recognition; strong strategic selling and market analytics.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers.

Work Environment:
- Customer/clinical sites and/or home office; dress code (scrubs and white coat); follow credentialing/registration and up-to-date vaccines.
- Regular travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $84,000–$102,000 plus commissions.
