Access & Reimbursement Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Role: The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for FILSPARI (Sparsentan) is a remote, field-based expert responsible for facilitating patient access and reimbursement in their designated region. Primary objectives include supporting healthcare providers through onboarding, education on reimbursement processes, and resolving complex access issues. Responsibilities encompass guiding providers from initial patient forms through reimbursement, collaborating with hub teams, specialty pharmacies, and sales to expedite patient cases, and proactively addressing regional payer barriers. The ARM will also educate internal teams and external stakeholders on evolving healthcare landscape changes and reimbursement challenges. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma or healthcare, with 3+ years in reimbursement or access roles, ideally within specialty pharma, nephrology, or rare diseases. Preferred skills involve deep knowledge of private and government insurance, REMS processes, and experience working with specialty pharmacies. The position demands excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills, with flexibility for up to 35% travel.
