Access & Reimbursement Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Role: Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for FILSPARI (Sparsentan), specializing in patient access, insurance navigation, and reimbursement support within assigned regions. Responsibilities: serve as key contact for onboarding patients, educate providers on reimbursement pathways, troubleshoot escalated access issues, collaborate with sales and external stakeholders, and proactively identify regional reimbursement barriers to inform strategy. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma or healthcare with 3+ years in reimbursement/case management, previous specialty pharma/nephrology/rare disease experience preferred. High-Value: focus on rare disease therapeutics, biologics, REMS compliance, specialty pharmacy networks, and complex payor landscapes; field-based role with up to 35% travel. Collaboration: work closely with sales teams, healthcare providers, pharmacy partners, and internal reimbursement teams; report to regional leadership.
