Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - West

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' ophthalmic products, focusing on retinal disease treatment access across a nationwide territory. Responsibilities include educating practice staff on payer coverage, billing, and prior authorization; managing accounts to build trust and resolve reimbursement issues; analyzing claims data to identify denial trends; and supporting product launch and access strategies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, patient support, and market access teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years of direct field reimbursement experience; hands-on buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer navigation; strong communication skills; proficiency with CRM and Excel; ability to travel 50–75%. Preferred qualifications include ophthalmology or retina experience, familiarity with HCPCS J-codes, product launch support, and relevant certifications such as CPC or PAHM.
