Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Upper Midwest / Plains

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' launch of an FDA-approved ophthalmic treatment for wet AMD. Responsibilities: serve as primary reimbursement expert for retina/ophthalmology practices within a designated U.S. territory, providing education on payer coverage, billing, coding, prior authorization, and claims support; manage accounts, analyze denial trends, and develop access strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth patient access; monitor policy changes and escalate systemic payer issues. Requirements: 5–10 years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services in pharma/biotech, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience; hands-on buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer navigation; strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Excel; ability to travel 50–75%. Preferred: ophthalmology or retina experience, HCPCS/J-code familiarity, product launch support background, relevant certifications (e.g., CPC).
