Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Southeast

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' ophthalmic product launch, focusing on retina/ophthalmology practices within designated U.S. territories. Objectives: become the primary reimbursement resource, educate practices on payer policies and coding, and facilitate access to treatment. Responsibilities: manage account relationships, lead business reviews, analyze claims data for denial patterns, support pre-launch access efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Services, Sales, and Market Access teams. Requirements: 5-10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within pharma or biotech, with at least 2 years of direct field reimbursement experience and hands-on buy-and-bill knowledge; proficiency in Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer processes; strong communication skills; CRM and Excel proficiency; ability to travel 50-75%. Preferred: ophthalmology/retina experience, HCPCS Level II knowledge, product launch support, relevant certifications (CPC, PAHM).
