Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - South Central

Role: Field-based Reimbursement & Access Specialist supporting Outlook Therapeutics' retinal disease portfolio during US product launch. Responsibilities include educating ophthalmology practices on payer coverage, billing, prior-authorization processes, managing a defined territory, analyzing claims data for denial trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth patient access. Requirements: 5–10 years' experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years in field reimbursement; hands-on buy-and-bill reimbursement experience; proficiency with payer policies, claims data, CRM, and Excel; ability to travel 50–75%; compliance mindset. Preferred: ophthalmology or retina experience, HCPCS/J-code familiarity, pre-launch support, relevant certifications (e.g., CPC). High-Value: ophthalmic biologics or injectable therapeutics, product launch support, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer coverage, regulated environment. Collaboration: partner with sales, patient support, and launch teams; report to Sr. Director, Patient Access & Reimbursement. Work setup: Field-based in TX, OK, LA, AR with significant travel.
