Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Northeast

Role: Field reimbursement manager supporting ophthalmology/retina practices during US product launch, focusing on payer coverage, prior authorization, and claims resolution. Responsibilities: serve as the primary reimbursement resource, educate practice staff on billing/coding, guide through prior-authorization and appeals, analyze claims data for denial patterns, monitor payer coverage, and partner with cross-functional teams for seamless patient access. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred; 5-10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience; strong buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare and commercial payer knowledge; adept at claims data analysis, communication skills, CRM and Excel proficiency; willing to travel 50-75%; compliance-focused.
