Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Mid-Atlantic / DMV

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' U.S. launch in retinal disease, focusing on reimbursement and access in ophthalmology practices. Responsibilities: serve as primary reimbursement resource, educate practice staff on payer policies, billing, coding, prior authorization, and appeals; manage a territory of retina/ophthalmology accounts, lead business reviews, analyze claims data to identify denial trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, patient support, and launch teams. Requirements: 5–10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience; hands-on buy-and-bill reimbursement, navigating Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers; proficiency with CRM, Excel; willingness to travel 50–75%; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred: ophthalmology/retina experience, HCPCS/J-code expertise, supporting product launches, relevant certifications (e.g., CPC).
