Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Great Lakes

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Outlook Therapeutics' retinal disease products, focusing on reimbursement and access strategies for ophthalmology practices. Responsibilities: serve as primary reimbursement resource, educate practice staff on payer policies, coding, prior authorization, and claims processes; manage designated territory accounts, lead quarterly business reviews, analyze claims data to identify denial patterns, and support launch readiness efforts; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Services and Market Access. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–10 years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years in field reimbursement; practical knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies, benefit verification, prior auth, and appeals; strong communication skills; proficiency in CRM and Excel; ability to travel 50–75%. Preferred: ophthalmology/retina experience, HCPCS/J-code familiarity, product launch support, relevant certifications (CPC, PAHM).
