Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) - Florida

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting the U.S. launch of Outlook Therapeutics' ophthalmic product for wet AMD. Responsibilities include serving as the primary reimbursement resource for retina practices, educating office staff on payer coverage, billing, and prior-authorization processes, managing a defined territory through account management, analyzing claims data for denial trends, and supporting launch readiness with payer landscape mapping. Collaboration involves partnering with sales, patient support, and cross-functional teams; reporting to the Sr. Director, Patient Access & National Field Reimbursement. Requirements: 5–10 years in reimbursement/market access within pharma/biotech, including at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience, with hands-on buy-and-bill experience, payer coverage navigation (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), and proficiency with CRM and Excel. Strong communication skills and ability to travel 50–75% are essential. Preferred: ophthalmology or retina experience, HCPCS Level II (J-codes), product launch support experience, and relevant certifications such as CPC. High-value specifics: ophthalmic biologics for wet AMD, product launch stage, compliance-driven field role, and significant territory travel.
