Access & Reimbursement Manager - Allergy - Louisville, KY/ Indianapolis, IN

Role: The Access & Reimbursement Manager serves as a local market access expert, supporting patient access programs and reimbursement processes within the Louisville, KY, Lexington, KY, and Indianapolis, IN regions. Responsibilities include engaging with providers and staff to educate on product-specific programs, analyzing access and reimbursement issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Patient Support, and other teams to address barriers and optimize patient pull-through. The role involves ongoing assessment of payer policies, claims processing, billing, and coding support, with a focus on specialty pharmacy products and managed care sectors. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 years in third-party reimbursement, managed care, or clinical support, with experience in specialty pharmacy, billing, and complex account management; knowledge of managed care, government, and federal payer systems; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 60-80%. Preferred qualifications include experience in buy-and-bill environments. This is a remote/field-based position with a significant travel component.
