Position Summary
- Co-Op student supporting global materials planning initiatives across the Cell Therapy business.
- Influence a matrixed organization by improving supply chain planning, reporting, and responsiveness to risks.
- Location: Madison, NJ. Duration: 6-month, 40 hr/week (July 6–December 11, 2026).

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data and create reports/dashboards for planning leaders.
- Maintain and govern the supply chain action-tracking/escalation system (Tier).
- Track material requests/transfers end-to-end, providing visibility into status, risks, and actions.
- Review and maintain critical supply chain master data (e.g., locations, lead times).
- Enhance operational trackers for launches and daily execution.
- Improve material forecasting using data-driven/statistical methods.
- Create/manage planning bills of material (BOMs) and related planning data for cell therapy manufacturing.
- Identify and execute process improvements to streamline reporting and improve data consistency.
- Build cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships to drive shared goals.

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Authorized to work in the US for the duration; no immigration/visa sponsorship.
- Supply Chain/Operations experience (plus).
- Strong analytical/data skills; ability to extract and interpret complex data.
- Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint; strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Good written/verbal communication; self-starter; can manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
