Position Summary
- Support global materials planning initiatives for the Cell Therapy business, influencing a matrixed organization to keep products moving, risks visible, and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data and deliver insights via reports and dashboards.
- Maintain/govern the supply chain action-tracking & escalation system (Tier).
- Manage end-to-end tracking of material requests and transfers; provide visibility into status, risks, and required actions.
- Review and maintain critical supply chain master data (e.g., locations, lead times).
- Enhance/maintain operational trackers for launches and daily execution.
- Improve material forecasts using data-driven and statistical methods.
- Create/manage planning bills of material (BOMs) and planning data for manufacturing cell therapy products.
- Identify/execute process improvements to streamline reporting and improve data consistency.
- Build relationships across the Cell Therapy network and with external stakeholders; communicate and drive cooperation.
Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Authorized to work in the US for the full employment period; no immigration/visa sponsorship.
- Prior Supply Chain/Operations experience (plus).
- Strong analytical ability to extract/analyze/synthesize/interpret complex data.
- Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint; strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good written/verbal communication.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, detail-oriented; self-starter.
