Main Responsibilities:
- Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of FDA-approved Respiratory and Dermatology indications within assigned territory.
- Travel to assigned territory for 4β5 days each week during the coverage period (weeks to months).
- Develop and communicate scientific understanding of therapeutic areas and competitive products in Dermatology and Respiratory.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Develop and implement a territory-specific business plan using available resources to meet business unit objectives.
- Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to key stakeholders in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Execute customer-centric, need-based selling with targeted healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams (e.g., Thought Leader Liaisons, Area Business Managers, Field Reimbursement, Managed Markets, Medical Field).
- Conduct promotional programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required; 2+ years in a quota-bearing/target-driven role with proven results (sales, account management, business development, clinical, or healthcare-related).
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Geographic flexibility: travel weekly throughout the U.S. with little notice (80%+ travel).
- Comfortable with change; self-starter relationship-building.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for future sales positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2β6 years quota-bearing sales in medical device, B2B, or healthcare-adjacent industries (diverse backgrounds preferred).
- Healthcare/clinical fluency (e.g., RN, PT, PA, Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist) or healthcare operations experience.
- Education in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or Public Health.
- 3β6 years progressive, commercially relevant experience.
- Coachable, resilient, strong communication, adaptability; strong collaboration and demonstrated leadership.
