Senior People Technology Product Manager (Workday Talent & Performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Workday Talent & Performance aligned to business priorities and HR strategy.
- Serve as product owner balancing strategic enhancements with operational needs.
- Partner with HR leaders to translate performance philosophy, talent frameworks, and development strategy into scalable system solutions.
- Evaluate new Workday features and adjacent tools; recommend adoption based on long-term value and user impact.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- Own Workday Talent & Performance functional configuration including: goals and alignment; performance reviews/cycles; continuous feedback/check-ins; calibration and talent reviews; succession planning and development planning.
- Define user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria; partner with technical teams/vendors.
- Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing; ensure production readiness and data quality.
- Partner consultatively with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Shared Services; champion user experience and self-service.
- Drive change management, enablement, and adoption (communications, job aids, training support); define and track success metrics.
- Provide ongoing operations support (issue triage, root-cause analysis, fixes) and lead Workday bi-annual release activities.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, OFCCP, and Sarbanes-Oxley and internal governance standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs + 8+ years OR Masterβs + 6+ years OR PhD + 2+ years.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data engineering.
- 8β10+ years in HR Technology or Product Management owning enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep hands-on Workday Talent & Performance experience (configuration and delivery).
- Success delivering end-to-end HR technology products in complex global environments.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development practices.
- Partner with senior HR stakeholders; influence using data and recommendations.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/communication skills; comfortable in ambiguity.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $146,540.00β$189,640.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
