Associate Director, Campus Program Lead

Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, Standard Working Hours

Responsibilities
- Lead matrix teams or act as an individual contributor on complex, large-reaching changes; may lead organizations/sub-organizations.
- Develop strategic and communications plans; gather broad feedback to guide strategy.
- Apply project management expertise across a portfolio; manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Identify technical solutions aligned with Site/Campus business strategy.
- Drive implementation plans; ensure delivery through governance and prioritization aligned with Campus goals/objectives.
- Make highly complex/novel decisions impacting site objectives.
- Use an enterprise mindset: engage internal/external stakeholders; collaborate across functions.
- Manage programs from initiation through completion (including post–go-live continuous improvement).
- Define stakeholder/customer requirements; manage communication, escalation, and issue resolution.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communications; promote “license to operate” and influence campus culture/values.

Project and Program Management
- Define scope, create execution plans, set milestones; maintain progress/risk tracking tools as needed.
- Estimate resources; establish governance (steering) as needed.
- Communicate status/achievements/risks/escalations across levels; manage accountability in a matrix environment.

Knowledge & Skills (Preferred/Desirable)
- Portfolio/program management or management consulting experience.
- Tools/systems competency (e.g., iPlan/OnePlan, Tableau).
- Experience leading diverse teams; operational excellence certification (LSS Yellow/Green Belt) desirable.

Basic Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in related discipline (Master’s a plus).
- PMI Project Management Professional required; Agile/Scrum certifications highly desired.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in biopharma manufacturing complex.

Compensation
- Devens, MA: $179,150–$217,083 (FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
