Workday Solutions Architect - Talent and AI

Role: Senior Workday Solutions Architect specializing in Talent, Performance, Skills, and AI to design and govern scalable Workday capabilities supporting HR strategies and employee experience. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end architecture for modules including performance management, talent succession, skills taxonomy, career development, learning, recruiting, and AI-enabled experiences; define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance models for AI agents; translate business needs into technical, functional, and security designs; oversee release impact assessments, and evaluate new Workday innovations. Requirements: 8+ years of experience with BS/BA or 6+ years with MS/MA/MBA; deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, especially Talent, Performance, and Skills; experience implementing Workday AI capabilities and enterprise AI solutions; strong technical architecture, process design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
