Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations

Role: Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at Travere Therapeutics, leading the modern workplace and core infrastructure functions, with a focus on cloud, security, and enterprise network platforms. Responsibilities: define and execute roadmaps for Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, identity/access management, endpoints, networking, and backup; lead architecture, automation, and troubleshooting; modernize platforms for reliability, security, and cost efficiency; oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and capacity planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure platform delivery. Requirements: 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud environments; 7+ years leading technical teams; deep expertise in AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, hybrid cloud, automation, and security; experience supporting regulated environments, preferably in biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences, with GxP familiarity advantageous. High-Value: enterprise cloud and infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, hybrid cloud architecture, security and Zero Trust, regulated industry experience, leadership of technical teams. WorkSetup: onsite in San Diego, travel 15-30%, roles involve hands-on technical leadership and strategic planning.
