Position Summary
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and other third-party HR partner systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with HR stakeholders to develop integration design specifications and build/maintain integrations using Workday capabilities (EIBs, Report As a Service, Packaged Integrations, Workday Studio).
- Troubleshoot Workday integration issues and identify improvement opportunities for existing integrations.
- Understand Workday-configured business processes to master the integration landscape and touchpoints.
- Partner with HRIT team members to implement new capabilities within the HR Technology landscape.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and modern integration technologies.
- 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Makes basic decisions using established procedures/methodologies; work is under close supervision.
- No supervisory responsibility; supports functional team members with some oversight.
- Collaborates with stakeholders; explains work clearly and applies independent judgment well.
- Understands functional business context; openness to learning and development; understands team performance impacts.
- Collects/reviews data sources; applies recommendations; compiles data for data integrity/audits.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable to role)
- Princeton, NJ: $65,790–$79,722.
