Title: Women’s Health Account Manager (Neuropsychiatry)
Territory: Manhattan and Bronx, NY
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key non-clinical stakeholders
- Communicate complex clinical data, screening protocols, treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support resources
- Identify educational needs and deliver compliant, customer-focused engagement
- Support postpartum depression (PPD) screening initiatives and treatment pathway improvements across health systems and group practices
- Align product information and Biogen resources to evolving customer and patient needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support launch execution and account management priorities
- Promote a culture of compliance in all customer interactions and business activities
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales experience
- Strong account management and customer engagement skills
- Ability to communicate complex clinical, access, and patient support information
- Proven track record of sales success and consistent high performance
- Ability to drive results in challenging and ambiguous markets
- Customer- and patient-focused mindset
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Commitment to compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and residence within territory
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA
- Women’s health and launch experience
- Experience in account management, group practice, or GPO roles
- Specialty pharmacy experience
