VP, Strategic Planning

Role: Vice President of Strategic Planning, serving as a senior enterprise leader and key member of the Financial & Strategic Planning team, focused on driving enterprise-wide strategic alignment and execution in support of Alnylam's 2030 goals. Responsibilities: lead the Alignment, Timing & Coordination (ATC) framework to ensure successful implementation of strategic priorities; partner with executive leadership on resource allocation, portfolio management, and organizational readiness; translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans and monitor performance; serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; develop governance processes and organizational capabilities to support strategic initiatives; lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
