Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion - Oncology

Role: Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion-Oncology, leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic regulatory advertising and promotional activities in the oncology therapeutic area. Responsibilities: set operational strategy, oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with regulations, analyze industry trends, and improve processes; manage departmental budget and communicate with key stakeholders across Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Public Affairs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science (biology, chemistry, etc.), 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience (or 5+ with Pharm D), with direct responsibility in regulatory advertising and promotion, preferably in oncology; strong understanding of industry regulations; experience in complex, matrix environments; excellent communication skills; management experience preferred.
