Role: Vice President, Medical Affairs leading global medical strategy and team within a biopharma focused on oncology and genomics diagnostics. Responsibilities: oversee medical affairs functions including strategy development, external communications, KOL engagement, clinical and research implementation, and lifecycle management; serve as external spokesperson; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Communications); ensure compliance, ethical standards, and high-quality scientific content; build and maintain relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders; lead team development and manage budgets. Requirements: MD with oncology, genomics, or quantitative science background; 10+ years in medical or scientific roles, with 5+ years in field medical; strong leadership and team management skills across multiple countries; experience in clinical trials, data analysis, and scientific communication; understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization process. Preferred: PhD in relevant fields; extensive network in oncology, biotech, diagnostics; experience in multi-cultural team leadership; knowledge of HIPAA and patient data privacy.
