VP, Human Resources

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of a comprehensive global HR strategy aligned with enterprise goals and culture
- Partner with the CHRO and senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership development
- Build and manage a high-performing HR Business Partner team
- Drive organizational effectiveness through change management, performance enablement, and leadership capability building
- Build influential stakeholder relationships to remove barriers and enable operational transformation
- Facilitate regular leadership meetings and drive continuous improvement in leadership capability and organizational effectiveness
- Establish continuous improvement strategy based on business priorities for future growth readiness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent in a competitive, high-growth environment
- Oversee employee relations and performance management strategies to foster accountability and timely action
- Collaborate with HR Operations to implement compensation and benefits programs supporting retention and motivation
- Champion and reinforce a culture aligned with enterprise values and strategic priorities

Qualifications/Experience:
- 15+ years in HR, including HR leadership and people management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (required)
- Track record delivering results with senior leadership
- Experience in a fast-paced, innovative biotech/life sciences environment
- Direct experience with executive and non-executive compensation (incentive sales comp a plus)
- Executive presence; ability to lead and influence by example
- Flexibility to adjust priorities based on business need
- Proactive continuous improvement mindset; strong attention to detail
- Commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Salary commensurate with experience

Pay Range: $310,000 - $345,000 USD
