Purpose
The Associate Director, Process Optimization will build and sustain streamlined and simplified processes that drive increased partner satisfaction and/or improved user experience. They will identify and implement projects that promote TA capabilities, increase engagement and experience with talent and hiring stakeholders, and improve TA workflow efficiencies for TA and other HR COEs.

Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leadership teams to map processes (people and technical).
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities via root cause analysis; manage partner expectations and project scope.
- Instruct cross-functional project teams; drive delivery of short- and long-term outcomes.
- Link strategic objectives to work; develop sustainable solutions that build future capabilities.
- Align with cross-functional partners early; anticipate changes and lead change management.
- Create forums for internal/external benchmarking and sharing best practices for process improvements.
- Apply technology innovatively to anticipate/address customer needs; increase effectiveness.
- Evaluate strategic risks of business alternatives; recommend actions and develop strategies for scenarios.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years business experience with 3+ years in process mapping, project management, and/or change management.
- Continuous improvement experience in a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
- Outstanding problem-solving; proven ability to drive high-impact results.
- Demonstrated expertise leading major projects, business process re-engineering, and organization design (change management).
- Senior partner management; influence senior leaders and drive strategic action.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity; build structure and alignment with limited direction.
- Excellent interpersonal/group facilitation; strong oral/written communication and design thinking.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio; TA technology experience (ATS, CRM, HRIS) preferred.
