Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner expertise to Therapeutic Area leadership to maximize organizational performance.
- Deliver organizational and talent solutions (organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, culture change) using business/people strategy, external best practices, and insights.
- Align corporate/functional strategies with BMS people strategy; use metrics/analytics to evaluate organizational performance.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to monitor external environment and define future workforce requirements; articulate People needs to COEs and deploy programs.
- Drive ONE People team across the region; guide/collaborate with TA HRBPs, COEs, and People Services for global deployment.
- Analyze data/trends to improve organizational effectiveness and develop workforce plans aligned to business strategy.
- Support succession planning, talent retention, and external talent pipelining.
- Lead a team of functional HRBPs (performance, engagement, development).
Qualifications:
- BA/BS; advanced degree preferred; 15+ years HR relevant business experience.
- Proven leadership and executive coaching; people program/project management.
- Expertise in end-to-end talent management (acquisition, engagement, performance).
- Strong data/analytics experience to drive talent and business decisions.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and business acumen/systems thinking.
- Experience partnering at senior levels; global team experience; leading change management.
- Experience in matrixed environments; workforce planning, engagement, and succession management.
