Role Summary
Roivant is seeking a VP or Director of Payer Growth to drive new sales and partnerships with health plans/payers across existing Roivant Health incubations. This is a full-time role designed for entrepreneurial leaders who are ready to significantly accelerate the growth and market penetration of our innovative healthcare technology Vants within the payer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and partnership efforts with national and regional payers across lines of business to drive adoption and scale for Roivant Healthβs portfolio companies.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and implementation, including both hands-on lead generation and high-level sales motions to support the entire sales pipeline through to contracting.
- Support the development and execution of value-based care strategies and contracts in collaboration with Roivant Health and Vant leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of individual Roivant Health Vants to understand their specific needs and tailor business development approaches for optimal market fit and growth.
- Provide market insights from the payer landscape back to Roivant Health's incubation teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Exceptional academic background.
- Proven track record of successfully signing new payer and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced healthcare technology and/or services company.
- Deep familiarity with the health insurance ecosystem, including an in-depth understanding of strategic priorities, operational challenges, governance structures, and contracting mechanisms.
- Detailed experience in a specific geography, market or lines of business is welcomed though not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic, communication, and execution skills.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills are highly valued.
