Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Oral Treatment (Specialty Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional sales and service; provide proactive customer support to address HCP needs and requests.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to find high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help customers scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Maintain integrated, portfolio-based selling; keep internal communication loops to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem solving.
- Develop external relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
- Act consistently with company culture/values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks as needed; follow compliance/regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access coverage
- Experience with cold chain treatment products (procure/manage/administer)
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
Compensation/Benefits (US): $145,500β$242,500 base salary; annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
