Role Summary

Territory Account Manager (TAM), Minneapolis on the long-acting HIV Prevention Sales team. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced, complex environment, partnering cross-functionally, and adapting in a launch context to drive adoption of new HIV prevention approaches among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
  • Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
  • Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts
  • Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
  • Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to help HCPs scale their treatment model
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience
  • Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive internal communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests
  • Execute plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and problem solving
  • Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
  • Adhere to compliance, accountabilities, and values-based culture
  • Act with the company culture and values; embrace change in a launch environment; escalate issues when needed
  • Follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Required: BA/BS degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Required: Ability to travel domestically as necessary; overnight travel may be required; majority of time in market
  • Required: Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
  • 3+ years of specialty experience
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience selling in complex market access coverage situations
  • Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products
  • Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally within an integrated account team model
