Regional Sales Director, HIV Treatment LAI, Southeast
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to meet growth and access goals.
- Translate regional strategy into local plans with measurable objectives and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with health systems, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and other key customers.
- Collaborate with internal partners (medical, market access, marketing, operations) to align regional execution.
- Use data and local insights to adapt tactics, drive performance, and report outcomes.
- Ensure compliant, ethical execution and manage regional risk.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree; 9 years of pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience, including 6 years of frontline management experience leading field-based teams.
- Experience creating and executing strategic business plans.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent.
- Valid driverโs license and ability to travel within the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience leading specialty teams in complex care settings or with buy-and-bill models.
- Track record building payer, health system, or specialty pharmacy relationships.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
