Field Reimbursement Director (Central Region)
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of prioritized account strategies by coaching, inspecting, and developing Field Reimbursement Associate Directors; remove implementation barriers and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to accelerate implementation readiness and support sustainable adoption of long-acting injectable therapies.
- Customize regional investments/resources to optimize post-prescribing growth; deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs and implementation problem-solving.
- Establish and lead Patient Access & Affordability Strategy (coverage, coding, payment, acquisition, affordability); support case escalations.
- Integrate regional healthcare ecosystem trends (payer/public-private, economics, health systems/providers, value/quality, competition) into business plans.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team; build a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and corrective action.
- Manage risks, understand state-level regulatory environment, escalate issues, and implement Compliance & risk frameworks; communicate SOPs and ensure policy adherence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree + 5+ years as a customer-facing first-line leader/coach across 2+ business units.
- Results-driven via cross-functional influence/matrix leadership; strong coaching/talent development.
- Experience developing/executing strategic account plans with measurable outcomes.
- 2+ years transformational leadership experience.
- Knowledge of regulations governing reimbursement support services.
- Ability to travel up to 70%; valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading organizational transformation/change.
- 5 years developing/providing coverage/coding/payment information for specialty injectable/infusible medicines.
- Expertise in payer policy and reimbursement requirements; training/communication across stakeholders.
- Knowledge of reimbursement support compliance and risk mitigation.

Compensation/Benefits (US)
- Base salary: $180,000β$300,000; annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and paid caregiver/parental + medical leave.
