Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Corporate Account, NYC North
Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues for ViiV long-acting injectables to facilitate appropriate patient access.
- Prioritize Key National Strategic Accounts/IDNs; deliver implementation needs for long-acting injectables.
- Develop and orchestrate a top-down, integrated implementation approach aligned to account needs.
- Navigate complex reimbursement support situations with internal/external stakeholders using sound judgment and knowledge of relevant rules/regulations.
- Influence and communicate with internal matrix partners (Corporate Account Teams, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, Reimbursement Support Services).
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
- Provide strategic accounts product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Educate field teams and matrix partners on access/reimbursement.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties (including hubs).
- Provide subject-matter expertise to support patient access when reimbursement barriers arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 7+ yearsβ experience in field reimbursement, key account management, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs.
- Experience with payers and health systems.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy, including buy-and-bill; Medicare Parts A/B/C/D; Medicaid and commercial payers.
- Travel 50%+.
Preferred:
- MBA/MPH or advanced degree; experience educating offices on access/reimbursement; streamlining/simplifying; proven leadership/coaching; persuasive communication; business acumen; problem solving; teamwork/collaboration.
Skills: Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Pricing Management/Policy/Strategies, Scientific Literacy, Stakeholder Management.
Comp & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $150,750β$251,250 (plus annual bonus; eligibility for long-term incentive). Benefits: health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
