Position: Vice President, Technology Operations (Information Services) — US (Teaneck, NJ) Remote. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (standard work hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and accountability for enterprise technology operations, ensuring secure, reliable, scalable services that support business objectives.
- Lead infrastructure operations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, security, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee ERP and enterprise application operations to maintain stable, secure, business-critical systems.
- Own the IT service management strategy to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and a high-quality end-user experience.
- Ensure technology operations comply with security, regulatory, and risk management requirements while supporting business continuity and resilience.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and business partnerships aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Lead operational budgeting, vendor management, workforce development, and cost optimization while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 25+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience leading infrastructure and platform operations in complex, global organizations.
- Experience overseeing enterprise application landscapes, including ERP platforms (e.g., JDE, EBS) and core systems, with domain leaders.
- Experience in security-sensitive, business-critical environments with high reliability and continuity expectations.
