The position emphasizes modernization of FP&A processes, integration of predictive analytics and AI, and establishing scalable, disciplined planning practices. Requirements include 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, especially in enterprise planning, transformation, and partnering with C-suite stakeholders. Prior experience in regulated industries such as medical technology, life sciences, or manufacturing, with a strong understanding of financial statements and operational drivers, is preferred. The role requires a bachelorβs degree in finance, accounting, or related fields, with advanced credentials like MBA, CPA, or MAcc preferred. The position is hybrid, based in Princeton, NJ, with on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday. Salary range is $225,400β$316,250, with potential bonus and benefits.
