Role: Finance Systems Specialist supporting business systems and processes within AbbVie's Finance functions, focusing on system operations, incident management, and process optimization. Responsibilities: lead month-end close system processes, ensure data integrity in SAC, BPC, BIP, and SAP; coordinate incident remediation and system deployments; provide training and support to end-users; serve as liaison between finance and technical support; facilitate communication during system changes; lead process improvements within FP&A. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or IT; 6+ years of progressive experience, including 3-5 years in strategic/analytical roles; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; solid financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities; excellent communication. High-Value: extensive experience with SAP-based systems (SAC, BPC, BIP), financial reporting cycles, incident management, cross-functional collaboration, supporting global finance teams across US, Irvine, LATAM, and international sites.
