Senior Specialist (Paralegal) Animal Health

Role: Senior Specialist, Legal supporting the Animal Health legal team with paralegal, contract management, and compliance tasks. Responsibilities: handle commercial transactions, draft and review contracts, manage legal templates and documentation, support promotional material review via Veeva/PromoMats, assist with policy updates, and coordinate signatures and legal processes; serve as liaison with internal stakeholders. Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in legal support, contract administration, or related roles; proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract management systems, and Veeva; strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills with professionalism and discretion. Preferred: experience in pharma, animal health, or regulated industries; paralegal certification. High-Value: support for legal compliance, contract lifecycle management, promotional review, and policy updates within an animal health context. WorkSetup: hybrid, no travel.
