The candidate will oversee the evolution of patient support models and ensure strategic readiness for pipeline launch initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 15+ years in healthcare, with proven success in market access, payer strategy, or brand access roles; deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, particularly payer dynamics and formulary processes; experience in high-growth or newly established categories like Obesity or cardiometabolic; strong financial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills; prior management experience. Preferred: MBA or advanced healthcare/business degree; experience with DTC engagement and patient affordability programs. Work setup: hybrid in New York, with up to 25% domestic travel; no relocation package. The position offers a salary range of $274,000 - $456,600, with bonus and long-term incentives.
