Vice President, MedTech Supply Chain Digital Transformation Projects Leader
Major Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MedTech Supply Chain transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA and non-S/4), partnering with program, operations, and vendor teams to improve core operations and enable digital capabilities.
- Coordinate transformation portfolio governance: ideation, business case enablement, rollout planning, and consistent deployment framework.
- Build/execute transformation roadmaps; align priorities, manage dependencies, and mitigate escalated risks.
- Manage resources and budgets; forecast and allocate funding across SAP S/4HANA and non-S/4 projects; ensure cost effectiveness.
- Lead vendor management: performance management, engagement rules, and cost-efficient vendor practices.
- Use supply chain/data/digital fluency to drive automation and efficiency; create and communicate expected value using analytics.
- Deliver customer-first design and improve end-user customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, and empower diverse teams; mentor direct/indirect team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years SAP transformation leadership in Supply Chain/Commercial.
- 10+ years complex global leadership.
- People-centric, business-driven strategy leadership.
- 10+ years people management/direct reports.
