Role Overview
The Facilities Support Associate supports planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution tracking of preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration (CAL) activities for GMP equipment, utilities, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute PM/CAL using CMMS (e.g., Maximo) to meet site frequencies and procedures.
- Build and maintain PM/CAL master schedules (weekly/monthly) in coordination with Operations, Facilities, Metrology, and Engineering to minimize downtime.
- Assess maintenance/metrology workload, prioritize, and re-prioritize for emergent issues, asset availability, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate vendor PM/CAL activities (scheduling, site access/escorting, tools/materials/documentation readiness).
- Create job-ready work packages (labor, tools, permits, materials, time estimates) and conduct pre-schedule job plan reviews for scope, readiness, and GMP/safety compliance.
- Coordinate offsite calibration logistics (asset transfer, shipment, return, tracking, documentation).
- Track work order execution, follow up, and escalate overdue/at-risk items.
- Ensure vendor reports/certificates/records are received, reviewed, and archived in CMMS.
- Produce PM/CAL performance reports/metrics (backlog, on-time completion, KPIs).
- Support SOP/work instruction/job plan/metrology documentation updates.
- Support quality events (deviations, investigations, CAPAs, OOTs, change controls, root cause analysis) and audit/inspection readiness.
- Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) plus Microsoft Office to automate and improve reporting/workflows.

Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related.
- 1–4 years GMP-regulated environment experience (pharmaceutical/biotech/cell therapy preferred).
- Preferred: experience supporting manufacturing maintenance and calibration programs.
- Working knowledge of CMMS (e.g., Maximo).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Pay Range (base)
- $72,791–$95,540 USD
