Role: Vice President, Medical Affairs - Global Engagement Strategy, responsible for developing and executing global KOL and scientific society engagement plans to support Stoke’s RNA-based therapies, including the Phase 3 candidate for Dravet syndrome. Responsibilities: craft and lead global strategies for external scientific relationship-building, including KOL development, medical society collaborations, and congress representation; oversee programming like advisory boards, expert meetings, and education initiatives; and lead a team engaging payers and healthcare decision-makers to optimize market access. Requirements: advanced clinical or scientific degree; 12+ years in clinical or Medical Affairs with 10+ years in global KOL engagement and scientific society relations; proven relationship management and strategic planning skills; strong communication and networking capabilities; ability to travel up to 40%.
