Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Role: Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at IDEAYA Biosciences, leading IR and communication strategies during a key growth phase towards commercialization. Responsibilities: develop and execute IR and external communications plans, manage investor and analyst relationships, prepare corporate messaging, oversee external content, and support strategic milestones; build and scale the IR and communications function, including team recruitment and external partner management; serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, ensuring consistent messaging and reputation management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field; 15+ years in biotech/pharma IR, corporate communications, or related roles, with proven experience supporting publicly traded biotech companies, especially in oncology or precision medicine. HighValue: experience in clinical-stage to commercial-stage transitions, supporting capital markets transactions, and launching products; familiarity with regulatory requirements, clinical and regulatory milestones, and investor engagement in biotech.
